You are a farm boy come to Regal City to seek fortune in Hornbluff's Arena — The Pit.
Regal City
- Weapons Shop — buy hand weapons, ranged weapons, armor, and ammo. Sell old gear.
- Healer — restore HP or buy healing potions (use them in combat).
- Tavern / Magic / Gambling — risk gold for rumors, potions, or luck.
- Bank (+ / −) — deposit gold before you fight. If you die, carried gold is looted.
- The Pit (Arena) — pick an opponent tier and enter combat.
Arena combat
- You are Ω. Reach the door D to flee (you forfeit, but live).
- Arrow keys / WASD — move. Each phase you get limited moves and attacks.
- A — melee attack (must stand next to the foe, then choose a direction).
- F — fire ranged weapon (straight line of sight, needs projectiles; too close = blocked).
- B — beg for mercy (only before you attack; some foes may spare you).
- P — drink a potion. . — end your phase (foe acts).
Progression
- Wins give gold and score; score raises your level and attacks per phase.
- You have a limited number of fights per day. Death ends the day — you return poorer tomorrow.
- Progress autosaves in the browser. Use Continue on the title screen to resume.
